DISTRICT INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING (DIET), MANIPUR is situated at D.M College Campus of Imphal West District. Its Geographical references are Latitude (in degree) 24.81159, Longitude (in degree) 93.948727.DIET Imphal West was established in 1991 under the Directorate of SCERT Government of Manipur, under the vision of National Policy on Education (NPE) 1986 and its Programme of Action (POA) 1992. Total constructed area (in sq.m) is 5,475.Under the recognition of NCTE in the year 2005, DIET Imphal west has been conducting 2 years Pre-service D.El.Ed program till today and facilitate the in-service training of primary school Teacher and to provides academic and resource support to elementary school teachers’ and serves as per needs of the district at its capacity. Improving the performance of Elementary school education is the most important challenge in elementary education. This is because of the fact that they play an important role in the educational system.
2. Eligibility to Use:
The Services are not available to minors under the age of eighteen (18) or to any users suspended or removed from our Website by ‘us’ for any reason whatsoever. If ‘you’ do not conform to the above qualification, ‘you’ shall not be permitted to avail of the Services or use the Website. You represent that ‘you’ are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws as applicable in India. Diet Manipur reserves the right to refuse access to use the Services offered at the Website to new Users or to terminate access granted to existing Users at any time without according any reason for doing so. You shall not have more than one active Account on the Website. Additionally, ‘you’ are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring your Account to another party.
3. User Conduct and Rules:
You agree and undertake to use the Website and the Service only to post and upload messages and material that are proper. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree and undertake that when using a Service, you will not:

You agree to (i) immediately notify Diet Manipur of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (ii) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Diet Manipur cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
You shall ensure that the Account Information provided by ‘You’ in the Website’s registration form is complete, accurate and up-to-date. Use of another user’s Account Information for availing the Services is expressly prohibited. If You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete), or Diet Manipur has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Diet Manipur has the right to suspend or terminate Your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Website (or any portion thereof).

The User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy of Diet Manipur. The user further consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy are acceptable to him.
6. Limited User:
The User agrees and undertakes not to reverse engineer, modify copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained from the Website. Limited reproduction and copying of the content of the Website is permitted provided that Diet Manipur’s name is stated as the source and prior written permission of Diet Manipur is sought. For the removal of doubt, it is clarified that unlimited or wholesale reproduction, copying of the content for commercial or non-commercial purposes and unwarranted modification of data and information within the content of the Website is not permitted.

As per these Terms, users are solely responsible for every material or content uploaded to the Website. 8. Unauthorized Charges on your card:
If you see charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on Diet Manipur, but you never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf, to confirm that they haven’t placed the order. If you’re still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction to enable Diet Manipur to begin an investigation.
9. Links to Third Party Sites:
The Website may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Diet Manipur or the Website and Diet Manipur is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site.
